OMHA requires a copy of your new players birth certificate. You will be able to upload this yourself under documents on your child’s profile.

Register all players in your family, and print receipt. Payment can then be e-transferred to [email protected] Please include your child’s name in the comment field. A payment plan is available.
Please check that your civic address is correct. Some were missed last year in the changeover and Hockey Canada is trying to catch up with it this year. You should be able to change it on the profile, if not let the Registrar know and they will put in a request. Proof of residence may be required (eg. Driver’s license).
