To print a copy of the 2016-17 registration form click on the "Forms" button at the top of this page, download the form, a printable version will pop up. This will save considerable time at registration if you are able to do it ahead of time. Please note the $60 fee for Non-Participating Municipalities.
The $60 Volunteer Fee is per Family, not Player.
